Pearson entered the D2C language learning market by acquiring Mondly, a brand with a strong D2C customer experience. The Pearson design team was tasked with enhancing the experience to make it more academic. I explored different approaches to the customer onboarding flow and needed a high-fidelity prototype for testing within a month, requiring a fast-paced workflow.
